If we can’t get the product locally, we make sure that the imported product is of the best quality possible.
Like our Blueberry Jam, which is made from berries that our family picked in the Polish forests and my wife’s sister flew in especially in those hard times despite the restrictions to get them to us as quickly as possible. [KM1]

Our sausages are made using traditional methods and production techniques.
